Every application email sent through The Forge includes a small “Sent by Gri9d” banner at the bottom. This is free by design — it costs you nothing, and it gets your application out the door.
If the banner bothers you — or if you want your application to look fully professional — you pay to remove it. That's the entire model. Clean and honest.
The Forge uses a level-based progression system to help students build job-hunt skills. Levels gate certain features. If you're stuck on a level and don't have time to grind it out — pay $1.50 AUD to skip it.
Monthly plans bundle skip credits at a discount. The higher the plan, the more skips — and all plans remove the watermark.

Campus Connect is a marketplace for students to offer and hire services from each other. Gri9d takes a flat 10% platform fee on every completed transaction. No listing fees, no subscriptions. You earn, we take a cut.
This aligns our incentives with yours. We only make money when your service gets booked and completed. If you don't earn, we don't earn.
Victoria's minimum wage is $24.10/hr. Because Gri9d takes 10%, the platform enforces a minimum listing price of $26.78/hr — that's $24.10 ÷ 0.9. After our cut, you always net at least minimum wage.
