Gri9d is a gamified job application tracking platform designed to help students and job seekers manage their job search process. Our services include:
- Job application tracking and management
- Gamification features (XP, levels, achievements)
- Campus Connect peer-to-peer marketplace
- Progress analytics and insights
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Harass or harm other users
5. Campus Connect
Campus Connect is a peer-to-peer marketplace within Gri9d. Users offering services through Campus Connect are responsible for the quality and delivery of their services. Gri9d acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for transactions between users.
6. Payments
For paid features or Campus Connect transactions, payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of paid services.
7. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gri9d and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using our service will result in employment. Job hunting success depends on many factors beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Gri9d be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
